Privacy policy (개인정보처리방침)

This policy describes what personal data we process for inquiry and consultation purposes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

NetRelay Debt Planning (“we”, “us”) operates this website at https://netrelay-hub.digital and provides one-to-one consultation sessions on debt repayment and household cash-flow planning. This privacy policy is written in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (개인정보보호법, “PIPA”).

2. Items of personal information collected

Through the inquiry form. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the items you enter: name, email address, optional phone number, the selected topic, and the free-text message you provide. The browser timestamp of submission is also recorded by our server.

Through your browser. When you visit the site, the server that hosts this domain records standard request logs (IP address, request time, requested path, user-agent). These logs are used only to keep the site online and to respond to abuse, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Through your consent choice. If you accept or reject the cookie banner, that single choice is stored in your own browser under the key nrdp_consent_v1. We do not receive this value; it stays on your device.

For consultation. If you proceed to a paid session, you will separately send bank and card statement extracts. Those documents are handled under the consultation engagement and are not addressed by this website policy beyond what is stated in section 4.

3. Purposes of collection and use

We process the inquiry-form items only to:

  • respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation;
  • keep a record of correspondence related to your inquiry;
  • send you the working documents produced for a booked session.

We do not process personal data for marketing, profiling, advertising, or on-site behavioural analytics. No measurement or advertising script is loaded on this site.

4. Retention and use periods

  • Inquiry correspondence is retained for 12 months after your last message, then deleted. If you become a client, the inquiry record is folded into the client file and retained for the client retention period.
  • Client consultation files (statement extracts, cash-flow statements, repayment schedules) are retained for 5 years after the end of the engagement, after which they are securely destroyed.
  • Server request logs are retained for 90 days.
  • Your consent choice is stored in your browser until you clear browser storage; we do not control it.

Where retention is required by Korean law (for example, records relevant to electronic commerce under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), the relevant items are retained for the statutory minimum period even if a shorter period is stated above.

5. Provision of personal information to third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We disclose personal information to a third party only where required by law, or where you have separately consented. The inquiry form is processed on the same domain that serves this site; no third-party form processor, analytics vendor, or advertising network receives the form payload.

6. Rights of data subjects (information subjects)

Under PIPA you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information held by us:

  • the right to be informed of what is held;
  • the right to request a copy;
  • the right to request correction of inaccurate items;
  • the right to request deletion (subject to statutory retention obligations);
  • the right to withdraw consent, where processing was based on consent.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may file a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (개인정보보호위원회) without first going through us.

7. Security measures

We transmit form submissions over HTTPS to a same-domain handler. Access to inquiry correspondence is restricted to the representative and the consultant who handles your case. We do not store payment card details on this site; session fees are settled through a separate payment arrangement discussed at booking.

8. Children

This site and the consultation service are directed at adults managing their own household finances. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has submitted an inquiry, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any material change to this policy on this page with an updated review date. The review date of this policy is 30 September 2026.
