Refund and cancellation policy

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked time. Refunds follow the rules below.

NetRelay Debt Planning Co., Ltd. sells paid consultation sessions on debt repayment and household cash-flow planning. This policy sets out when a session fee is refundable, in line with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법).

1. Eligibility

A session fee is refundable in full when:

  • you cancel at least 24 hours before the booked start time; or
  • we cancel the session for any reason on our side.

A session fee is partially refundable (50%) when:

  • you cancel within 24 hours of the booked start time but before it begins; or
  • you do not attend and have not sent the documents requested for the session in time for us to prepare.

A session fee is non-refundable when:

  • the session has already begun and you choose to end it early; or
  • the session has been completed and the working documents have been delivered.

2. Timeframe

  • Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@netrelay-hub.digital or by phone to +82 2-3481-5267.
  • A cancellation is treated as received when you receive our acknowledgement, not when you send it. Send cancellations with enough lead time to receive that acknowledgement before the 24-hour cutoff.

3. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days of our acknowledgement. The exact posting time depends on your payment provider and may take up to 14 calendar days to appear on your statement.

4. Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We do not refund to a different account or to a third party.

5. Cancellation by us

If we must cancel a session (for example, illness or an emergency), we will offer either a full refund or a rescheduled session at your choice. We will give as much notice as we reasonably can.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling a session to a different time is free of charge when requested at least 24 hours before the original booked start time. Rescheduling inside that 24-hour window is treated as a cancellation under section 1 and a new booking.

7. Deposits

We do not take deposits. The full session fee is settled at booking.

8. No-shows

If you do not attend a booked session and have not cancelled, the session fee is non-refundable and the session is not rescheduled automatically. You may book a new session at the standard fee.

9. Work already started

If a session has begun and is ended early at your request, the fee is non-refundable for the portion already delivered. If we end a session early on our side, you may choose a pro-rata refund or a rescheduled continuation.

10. How to request a refund or cancellation
