These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website at https://netrelay-hub.digital (the “Site”) and to the booking of individual consultation sessions offered by NetRelay Debt Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). The Site is operated in Korean and English; in case of any inconsistency the Korean text of these Terms prevails.

2. The service

The service consists of individual consultation sessions focused on debt repayment and household cash-flow planning. Sessions are educational planning support. They do not constitute investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a debt-adjustment or individual rehabilitation (개인회생) service regulated under Korean law. Where a situation calls for regulated advice, we will say so and refer you to an appropriate channel.

3. Booking and payment

A session is booked through the contact form on this Site. The fee for each session format is stated on the sessions page. Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Fees are stated in KRW and include the working documents produced for the session.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the booked start time at no charge. Later cancellations and no-shows are handled under our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details when submitting the inquiry form and, where a session is booked, to send the documents requested for that session (for example, the last 90 days of bank and card statements) in the format we ask for. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you provide; a plan built on inaccurate figures cannot be relied on.

6. Our responsibilities

We will hold the session at the agreed time, produce the working documents described for the chosen session format, and handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

The working documents produced for a session are provided to you for your own use. The underlying cash-flow model and templates remain ours; you may not resell them or redistribute them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Korean law, our liability for any single session is limited to the fee paid for that session. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on information you did not disclose, on actions taken or not taken by your lenders, or on changes in your income or obligations after a session.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a session shall be brought before the courts of Seoul, unless a different venue is required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The review date of these Terms is 30 September 2026.
